Jacqueline Aldridge MA, NCLCMHCS, NCC, RPT-S

Jacqueline Aldridge has more than 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings. Holding a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Appalachian State University, Jacqueline is a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor.

Jacqueline practices from an integrative, client-centered perspective, assisting the client and /or their family in exploring and resolving difficult issues and traumatic events. Therapeutic techniques used include play therapy, sandplay/sandtray-world play therapy, expressive arts therapy, EMDR and cognitive therapy. Jacqueline’s focus for treatment includes collaboration with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, school systems, and other professionals in a mutli-systemic approach to addressing each client’s needs in order to help them heal and grow.

Jacqueline is currently offering supervision to those seeking licensure to become a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, as well as those seeking credentials to become a Registered Play therapist.
